Owned 80% by an ADIA subsidiary, the project will include approximately 40,000 square metres of prime office space and 35,000 square metres of an experiential retail offering. The development will also have an underground connection to one of Santiago's busiest metro stations, a unique feature in the city.

Territoria Apoquindo has been designed by a team of leading international architects and consultants and will include four towers on top of a multi-level podium with green plazas, entertainment / food venues, and modern retail integrating seamlessly with city life.

An underground connection to the subway was completed during 2018, following excavation of nine underground floors and tunnels for the subway connection. The project is under construction, and is due to open in 2021.
