An ADIA subsidiary first invested in Cube Highways in 2018, attracted by the scale of the opportunity in Indian roads and the meaningful exposure the investment provided to the long-term growth of the Indian economy. The investment in Cube Highways has parallels with other investments the Infrastructure Department has made across sectors, where we have provided capital to support the growth and diversification of a leading platform in an attractive industry.
Since 2018, the ADIA subsidiary has subsequently supported the growth of the platform through the commitment of additional capital to allow Cube Highways to continue acquiring and developing road projects that complement its existing portfolio.
